i) Routes and screens telephone call, greets visitors, responds to inquiries from the public, and provides information about the organization in a professional manner.
ii) Handles the receiving of parcels delivered by hand or courier and distributes them to the respective recipients in the Management Office.
iii) Handles Temp / Part -Timer hiring and personal profiles.
iv) Prepare monthly Payroll i.e. temp and casual workers in an accurate and timely manner.
v) Involve in planning and execution of Employee Engaagement activities
vi) Any other ad-hoc task given.
i) Minimum Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent.
ii) Excellent interpersonal skills, good attitude and responsible
iii) Competent administrative/organizational skills and fine attention to detail.
iv) Able to commit at least 3 months of internship.
