Verify daily parking collection settlements / bank-in slips.
Reconcile parking collections reports and liaise with vendor / banks to resolve discrepancies.
Handle season parking applications, packages assignment, renewals, terminations, card activations, and customer enquiries.
Prepare billing schedules and generate invoices in the system.
Prepare monthly salary deduction listings and coordinate with Group Payroll for staff season parking fee deductions.
Verify records and process reimbursements for parking fee and deposit refunds.
Prepare aging report and follow up on overdue payments from individual, tenants, and companies.
Handle season parking administration and customer service matters.
Maintain accurate and complete season parking records in the car park system and master database.
Execute automated parking reconciliation processes (robot software) and rectify any errors.
Handle departmental operations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Comply with all company Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection (PDP) policies, including the proper collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of personal data.
Report data protection incidents and cooperate with audits, investigations, and compliance reviews as required.
Minimum Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficient administrative/organizational skills.
Analytical with fine attention to detail and accuracy.
Possesses intermediate to advanced level of skills in Microsoft application programs (especially in Microsoft Excel) and accounting system.
